 | After hundreds of years of bloodshed, the galaxy is finally at peace... and the fragile alliances that keep it are already being tested. Without an outlet for their tensions, the simmering feuds between interstellar nations would quickly erupt into another all-out war. That outlet is Solaris 7. Solaris is a gambler's planet, a place where fortunes can be made and lost... a place where war is entertainment and entertainment is everything. In the battle arenas of Solaris City, mechs duel for honor, for fame, for the glory of their nations, and for the faint promise of wealth beyond imagination. Though tense with social and political conflict, the city continues to attract new arrivals who dream of a better life. Mech pilots, gamblers, artists, gangsters, idol singers, engineers, soldiers, nobles, entrepreneurs, terrorists and con men: all mingle uneasily beneath the skyscrapers of Solaris City, where a single fight could reignite the fires of conflict. Solaris Spectacle is a mecha arena AU game with a setting inspired by the Battletech and Gundam universes.
